Get your screen ready for IP Television
Start with the device you actually watch on. Keep its model and operating system handy, choose a suitable player, then add your confirmed subscription details. A device brand alone does not identify the right app.

Set up a different player
- Open the app store on your TV or streaming device and choose an IPTV player for your model.
- Install the player and find its option to add a playlist or sign in.
- Enter your subscription details exactly as sent to you. Keep passwords and private links out of public messages.
- If the app asks for its own activation payment, read its terms first. Send us the app name and device model on WhatsApp if you need help.
iPhone
Follow the iOS link on the official Smarters Pro website to reach the correct App Store listing. Check the publisher and install the app. Add your subscription afterward; an account with the app maker does not itself provide TV access.
iPad
Use the official download page to find the iPad app. Check which login method the player expects before making an app purchase. A tablet playing alongside a TV uses two simultaneous screens.
macOS
Choose a player with an official Mac download, such as Smarters. Open the file and follow its installation steps. Keep your subscription details private rather than including them in a shared screenshot.
Android phone or tablet
Choose a player whose developer lists phones or tablets as supported devices. Smarters offers an Android download for this purpose. TiviMate focuses on Android TV and is not the default choice for a phone.
Windows
Open the player’s official website and select its Windows download. Check where the file comes from before running it. Avoid download catalogs that ask you to install unrelated software alongside the player.
Roku TV
Send us the exact Roku model first so we can discuss a suitable playback method before you order. An Android app cannot simply be installed on a Roku because both devices connect to a television.
Samsung Smart TV
Open Home → Apps and look for the agreed player. The official Smarters instructions name SMARTERS PRO and the publisher TECH SMARTERS PRIVATE LIMITED. Availability can differ by model and app store.
LG Smart TV
Look for the agreed player in your television’s app store. IBO Player Pro publishes an LG setup guide. Check the full app name and discuss the included annual license before making an additional purchase.
Fire TV
Follow the player developer’s Fire TV installation page and use the download route it provides. Keep your remote and private subscription details ready. Tell us which setup screen you see if you need help.
Android TV
Open the Play Store on your television and find the agreed player. The TiviMate guide below explains how to add your access. Try one item first, then arrange favorites after the connection is working.
